Shipping Policy

All orders placed on TPiPro+ are processed by Techno-park Inc. from our warehouse in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Orders are processed on business days — Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship PAN India.

Standard delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch for available products.
Express delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch (available on select products and pin codes).

Before dispatch, every order goes through a quality and authenticity check by our team. This ensures that what leaves our warehouse matches exactly what was ordered.

1. Order Processing

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN India. Shipping to remote or restricted areas may take additional time and will be communicated to the buyer at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Timelines

Standard delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch for available products.

Express delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch (available on select products and pin codes).

Bulky or heavy items such as panels, drives, and enclosures may require additional handling time and freight coordination. Our team will inform you of the timeline at the time of order.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

For bulk orders, project-level dispatches, or items requiring freight transport, shipping costs will be quoted separately.

5. Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly. Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.

7. Shipping Delays

TPiPro+ and Techno-park Inc. are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, keep you informed and work to resolve any delay as quickly as possible.
