At TPiPro+, we deal exclusively in genuine, authorised products. Every item is inspected before dispatch.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped, we will make it right.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Where a replacement unit is available in stock, we will prioritise dispatch of the replacement over a refund. This will be confirmed with the buyer before processing.

1. Our Commitment

At TPiPro+, we deal exclusively in genuine, authorised products. Every item is inspected before dispatch.

However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped, we will make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return request will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong model, wrong brand, wrong quantity).
  • The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) — non-functional when first used under normal operating conditions.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

3. What Is Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been installed, wired, or used beyond initial inspection.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, overvoltage, or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Custom-built or specially sourced items ordered against a specific requirement.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 9897802876 with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and part number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or damage

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will arrange reverse pickup at no cost to you. If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For bank transfers or NEFT payments, refunds will be processed to the account details provided by the buyer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Replacements

Where a replacement unit is available in stock, we will prioritise dispatch of the replacement over a refund. This will be confirmed with the buyer before processing.

8. Warranty Claims

Most products sold on TPiPro+ carry the manufacturer's warranty.

For warranty claims beyond the 7-day return window, buyers should contact the respective brand's authorised service centre.

Our team can assist with documentation and guidance where required.
