Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Where a replacement unit is available in stock, we will prioritise dispatch of the replacement over a refund. This will be confirmed with the buyer before processing.

If the return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will arrange reverse pickup at no cost to you. If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For bank transfers or NEFT payments, refunds will be processed to the account details provided by the buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
